Central Florida girls’ flag football players are picking up the pace in scoring and on defense as the season winds into late March.
We looked at teams from multiple counties and nominated 12 athletes for the SBLive Central Florida Girls Flag Football Player of the Week for March 11-16, 2024.
We ask you, the fan, to decide who should be the top player selected. Voting will conclude on Sunday, March 24, at 11:59pm and will be announced in next week’s poll.

Nicole Hunter, QB, Lake Mary: Threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Divya Hudson to power the Rams past Lake Howell (Winter Park), 6-0, in a Seminole County showdown.
Jarlene Duarte, QB, Timber Creek: Rushed for two TDs to lift the Wolves past Bishop Moore (Orlando), 26-0.
Ansley DeVos, QB, Oviedo: Talented junior passed for 134 yards and four TDs, and rushed seven times for 42 yards and two scores to lift the Lions past Seminole (Sanford), 40-0.
Kiara Hernandez, DEF, Oviedo: Sophomore made five tackles to push the Lions past Seminole (Sanford), 40-0.
Kylie Walters, QB, Boone: Star senior passed for 206 yards and two TDs to propel the Braves past rival Winter Park, 19-12.
Eliana Higbie-Long, WR/DB, Boone: Sensational senior caught eight passes for 100 yards and two TDs to lift the Braves past Winter Park, 19-12.
Kayleigh Thomas, WR/DB, Boone: Senior made four tackles and two interceptions to power the Braves past Winter Park, 19-12.
Chloe Waldo, UTL, Spruce Creek: Sophomore scored two touchdowns and made two interceptions to power the Hawks past Lake Mary, 25-0.
Tashia Williams, QB/WR/DB, DeLand: Star sophomore passed for 123 yards and one TD and rushed for 46 yards and another score to push the Bulldogs past Deltona, 13-6.
Kayla Hill, DB/WR/ATH, DeLand: Senior made four tackles and an interception to lead the Bulldogs past Deltona, 13-6.
Emma Corr, QB, New Smyrna Beach: Junior threw for 132 yards and one TD, ran for 57 yards, and made an interception to propel the Barracudas past Pine Ridge (Deltona), 6-0, in a Volusia County showdown.
Jade Henderson, WR/DB, New Smyrna Beach: Senior multi-sport star made five tackles and an interception, and caught three passes for 27 yards to lead the Barracudas past Pine Ridge (Deltona), 6-0.
