The St. Patrick-St. Vincent High girls basketball team suffered its first loss of the season as it fell to West County 62-43 on Friday.
The Bruins (5-1) fell behind 13-3 after the first quarter and could never get back in the game.
Lucca Lowenberg led West County with 17 points.
