With their reputation for excellence on the diamond spreading like wildfire, it’s no surprise that the Parkland Pokers is expanding again.
In 2023, the Pokers are launching a brand-new 12U baseball team, and they’re already scouting for top talent to fill the roster.
But there’s a twist: the team is missing one key component – a head coach. The search is on for someone who can lead this young squad, and with so much riding on the line, the pressure is on to find the perfect candidate.
The Pokers are no ordinary baseball team. They are fierce competitors, ready to take on any challenger that crosses their path. The team has already scheduled a sponsored trip to Cooperstown and plans to travel all around the state to show off their skills.
Tryouts begin in June at Pine Trails Park, with the official season set to start in August. For those interested, they can contact parklandpokersbb@gmail.com.
