ATLANTA, G.A. — Video surfacing on the internet shows former Panthers’ quarterback and NFL MVP Cam Newton involved in a fight at a youth flag football tournament over the weekend in Atlanta.
Cam Newton led Auburn to a Natty with 1 O-lineman that started an NFL game and no one else recording a NFL reception, rush attempt or pass attempt. He’s used to being a one man army, so you are delulu if you thought some guys jumping him was gonna phase him. Hat didn’t even move. pic.twitter.com/i321xmZTyE
The incident happened at the We Ball 7 on 7 flag football tournament. There is no word on what caused the fight but you can clearly see a man throw punches at Newton.
Newton held his own until all the men were separated. No other details have been released at this time. Check back for updates.
