Today (Friday, August 20) is deadline day to get registration forms turned into the Russell Recreation Center office for youth flag football and youth volleyball.
This fall, RRC is offering two divisions of youth flag football in grades one through four and youth volleyball for third through sixth graders.
Youth flag football games will be played on Tuesday evenings in Russell beginning Sept. 14. Youth volleyball games will be played on Saturdays beginning on Sept. 18. This is a traveling league with Russell hosting on Sept. 25.
Also this fall, RRC is offering women’s volleyball Sunday evenings in September and October. Team registration deadline is Sept. 3.
Registration forms are available at russellrec.com and the Russell Recreation Center.
