This new flag football drill called “Catch & Cut” helps your receivers gain more yards after the catch. There are 3 levels to this fast paced drill.
Make it fun and use three levels to:
1. Practice cutting up the field after the catch
2. Find a lane and win the sideline
3. Add defenders to elevate the skills on both sides of the field
Coaches note: Walk it first, then half speed, then full speed. 2 lines to move the drill along quickly and keep players engaged. Coach in the moment to help players cut effectively.
