Pittsburgh Elite 13U - 5th Year Starting Quarterback. Bottoms has quality size to him with a nice arm and have experience operating in a pro-style offense. He really improved in 2020, completing 65.1 percent of his passes for 3,540 yards with 29 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

Evaluation of how the player uses their speed, hip/dip moves, and general quickness towards the mastery of their primary position.
KNOWLEDGE & INSTINCTS
Overall experience and knowledge of the game and it’s impact on their ability to perform at their primary position and style.
TECHNIQUE
General footwork, Pitching ability, Route Running, and other technique based skills that impact their primary position and style.
INFLUENCE
Leadership, attitude, reputation and intangibles such as ability to help the team in other positions or styles that lead to an overall high level of influence towards team success.
Ratings will reset on February 1st of each year so evaluate each player on their current abilities!
