The Tottenville golf team defeat McKee/Staten Island Tech (3-1-1) to complete a perfect 10-0 season. James Lamantia, Michael Hui, and Andrew Biscocho all won their respective matches en route to the triumph.

Christopher Solari anchored the team all season from the No. 1 position, while Aaron Kim won his last two holes to tie his match on Tuesday. Lamantia, Hui and Biscocho all finished the season undefeated. Dylan Murphy, Evan Teller and Nicholas Grande round out the team.

Sophomores Solari and Kim, as well as freshmen Lamantia, Hui and Biscocho will all return next season.

“I am so proud of how committed to the game of golf this team was all season. They improved daily and beat every opponent they faced,” said coach John Woodman. “With four freshman and four sophomores on our roster we are looking forward to the next few years of competition. I can’t wait to see the improvement each one of them makes in the off-season.”

The win is pivotal in the standings, as Tottenville improves to 3-1 in the division, while current leader Susan Wagner falls to 4-1-1.
