CUMBERLAND – The Cumberland Youth Flag Football League, a recreational co-ed program that allows boys and girls in grades 1-8 to experience football in a fun, no-tackle environment, is continuing its online registrations until Friday, July 31.
Interested players can visit www.cumberlandyouthflagfootball.com to sign up for the eight-week season, which is expected to start on Sunday, Aug. 30.
The registration fee is $50 per child and $75 for non-Cumberland residents, and all players will receive a team jersey and a mouthguard. Practices are held once a week, and games are held on Sundays at Diamond Hill State Park
Guidelines for safely conducting practices and games as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic will be shared as the league receives further direction from the state’s Department of Health.
