The Aroostook Huskies football team is gearing up for a busy summer session and is seeking interested players.
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Aroostook Huskies football team is gearing up for a busy summer session and is seeking interested players.
Flag football starts June 1 and runs through July 29 every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for boys and girls going into grades 1-6 from Presque Isle, Caribou, Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield, and Washburn.
“Flag football is a safe way to introduce the game of football to younger kids, while getting them lots of exercise and helping them make new friends,” said coach Taylor DeFelice.
